The Rat Race

Trouble with Rat Race is that if you win, you are still a rat.

A rat, I’d imagine, lives to eat and procreate of course.  A human being, I assume ought to eat to live,  in order to keep body & soul together till such time that Soul, residing there, feels free to move on. Of course, rats have the same soul as we do, what they do not have, however, is  ‘neo-cortex’ a portion of  mind that looks upon  doings of the mind….  Our self-consciousness, which makes us aware of ‘me & myself’. It can just as easily tell us, if we were to listen, that in  ‘Cyclical Nature of Suchness’ … there are no races, no wining nor losing, indeed there are what  Chinese call yin yang dyads…  a spiraling sublimation toward refinement in fourth dimension of ‘time’ . Therefore, death there is for there is life; joy because there is sorrow, poverty has to be there for there to be riches…. Bitter ..! but we all like sweets…!!  And so on.. these are not conflicting rather complimenting sides of duality.

That is ‘Maya’ that is how  computers work, there are set patterns, current flows through  or  does not. There is then  non-dual, uni-concept vision of Shankara as propounded in Addvait Vedanta. That’s the Third Eye of Shiva. That’s the ‘Unified theory of all Sciences’. We don’t have to worry about that “Grand Synthesis” yet as we are all into Cinema… we still want to look & listen carefully, eves-drop, be a voyeur, tell a story, spin a tale of tensions, revel in ‘Rasas’ (nine rasas and combos thereof)… we aren’t done yet.

The answer my friend, is indeed blowing in the wind…like silk cotton; all we have to do is reach out & catch it…
