Bardo..

For Death is merely a Passage …   ‘bardo’   

Dylan is dated & so are IBDs  {Issue based documentaries}…..  Shankara’s Addvait is in and so is Higgs Boson. We increase in our world whatever we think, talk and do most. Before we worry, therefore, about dying & death, Self immolation , “Sati”, Farmers’ Suicides, Honor Killings or even smothering  girl child by suffocating her at mother’s breast or  sonograph  & abort  procedures for gender specific feticide; willingly done by women…encouraged, even enforced & of course undertaken by young mothers.  Before looking at all that through Western existential assumption that , “this is the one and only life an individual has ”, and  consequent “longevity lens”, we would do best to read parts, if not whole of Sogyal Rinpoche’s book {written in English} called “Tibetan Book Of Living And Dying”. { not that old Classic :  “The Tibetan Book of the Dead”…  available  in translations and irrelevant here.}
